“I have had the opportunity to work with Mr Al Hadadi and his team in developing the Social marketing and mass media campaign to promote physical activity under the slogan “Health begins with one step” during 2018. The overall aim of campaign is to communicate specific and innovative messages about physical activity to inform, persuade and motivate people to consider becoming more physically active. Social media like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, local websites, and YouTube, and mass media (newspaper, magazine, TV, Radio) were used to convey the campaign messages.
During the one-year campaign, Mr Al Hadadi volunteered to help the national team in promoting physical activity in Oman. He was consistently found to be pleasant, competent with a strong conceptual knowledge. He always showed enthusiasm and dedication to all assignments needed for the campaign.”
“I know Mr Mubarak for long time since we were in Ministry of Defense SAFSIG. He is very hardworking, problem solving and focuses more on improving solutions for ICT and network. After I moved from MoD, Mubarak achieved a lot by successfully managing complex projects and started the Network security department at MoD.
I’ve had the pleasure of Mr Mubarak Al Hadadi‘s guidance when I was in Ireland for my PHD. I couldn’t complete my thesis and project due to some issues. It was then that he dedicatedly offered to help me and give me ideas and draft my project. Thank you so much for your guidance and support. Mubarak is a gentle person with very good vision and strategic planning in information security especially on digital forensic. Recommend him alot.”
“Mubarak was my client in Oman for a countrywide Maritime Project (GMDSS) implemented by Frequentis. As Director of the local company, Mubarak impressed me with his efficient and professional management and his skills to motivate the people for successful project implementation. Another outstanding talent of Mubarak is building bridges between different cultures, in this case, between Oman and Europe.
Cultural differences between project teams can cause problems, but Mubarak being an excellent mediator could achieve outstanding project success and good understanding between the multicultural project team members. Another success factors in my project with Mubarak were his excellent connections and knowledge of the different government representatives and decision makers in Oman, since this GMDSS project required complex interactions of many different government authorities. It was a pleasure to work with Mubarak as director of my client in Oman.”
“Mubarak has excellent technical and communication abilities that have allowed him to work effectively in our demanding business environment on a variety of networking tasks. He has been a trusted and proactive professional, open to new challenges and a quick learner. I would recommend his enthusiastically to any employer. He is a pleasure to work with.”
